At the moment we have an action called Sights in Berlin. This is about the collection of motif cards on which Berlin sights are depicted.

Sure, in principle anyone can participate. So you can do that too. All you have to do is collect three different motif cards from the eight possible motif cards. Every time you shop at BROTHRS, you will receive a new motif card in your package. You can find the conditions of participation here:

You collect three different motif cards. Then send us an email with the different motifs (one picture of the motif cards is sufficient) and you will receive a 40% credit on your next purchase from us.

Select the desired product and look at the pictures and information. As soon as you have decided on a color and a size, you put the item in the shopping cart. For this you have to press the button "Add to shopping cart" and your desired items are stored there. Articles that are in the shopping cart can now be paid for and purchased. To do this, enter your delivery and payment information and follow the instructions.

As soon as you have completed your order, you will receive an email from us with the confirmation that the order has been received. As soon as your order leaves our house, we will inform you about it by email. This email also contains a tracking number with which you can track your order. To do this, you have to enter the tracking number on the DHL website:

During the ordering process, you can decide whether you want to create a customer account or whether you want to place your order as a guest.

During the ordering process, you will be asked whether you want to create a customer account. Select the option "Create customer account" and follow the instructions.

We very much regret that you want to delete your customer account. However, if you have decided to do so, simply send us an email to the following email address and we will delete your account and your data completely.

Since we want to do something good for the environment together, you will receive the delivery note in digital form from us by email. If you would like to print out the delivery note and have it physically available, then send us an e-mail to support@brothrwear.com with the following information:

+ Order number

+ Purchase date

We ship to many countries around the world. If you want to order to another country outside of Germany, please note the corresponding shipping costs. The shipping costs relate to standard shipping with a package weight of up to 3 kilograms. Please note that higher prices may apply for larger weights. We do our best to process your order as soon as possible after receiving it. As a rule, you should receive your items within Germany and Austria 1-3 working days after ordering. How long it takes your order to get to your desired address can be found in the link below. We send our goods with the standard shipping of our shipping partner DHL.

A revocation of the purchase contract or the right of return is valid for 14 days. If you want to return something, please send it to the following address:

You can return the items to us within 14 days of the dispatch date. Since we try to be as environmentally friendly as possible, we ask that you only send back unused items in their original packaging. Please leave all labels on and do not damage or stain our items if you want to send them back.

Reduced items cannot be exchanged or returned.
