ATTENTION: Due to the current situation caused by COVID-19, regular shipping times may be slightly extended. Which countries does BROTHRS deliver to?

The good news: An order on brothrwear.com can be delivered to a delivery address worldwide. If you would like to order outside of Germany, please note the corresponding shipping costs.

You have to pay the shipping costs yourself. Please note the following prices for your delivery. The prices refer to standard shipping with a package weight of up to 3 kilograms. Please note that for a larger weight higher prices may apply:

We usually process your order within 48 hours of your order. However, in case of high demand, shipping may take up to 10 business days.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email. This email will also contain the tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment online at any time through our logistics partner.

We always try to meet delivery times; during peak periods (including during a sale, Christmas, etc.) delivery times may be slightly longer.

Delivery is always Monday to Saturday with our shipping partner DHL.

Customs and import duties

Within the EU there are no customs and import duties for shipping. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees apply. You can find more information on customs duties at https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/index_en.htm, for example, and information specifically for Switzerland http://xtares.admin.ch/tares.

After your package has reached your country, it will be forwarded to the internal postal service (shipping partner DHL) according to standard delivery procedures.

Why did not all my items arrive?

We are sorry if your order was not delivered completely.

Please check first if your order is delivered in several parcels and if one parcel might still be on its way.

If your order is sent in several deliveries, you will see this in your orders in the customer account. We will also inform you by e-mail as soon as a parcel has been dispatched.

Are the items I ordered intact?

If only the package was damaged and you want to return something, you can simply use the packaging of your choice for the return shipment. Please use the return documents that were enclosed with your delivery - this will ensure that the return is sent to the correct address free of charge.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot replace damaged shipping material.

Is an item damaged in shipping or missing?

Please contact us using one of the contact options below. If you give us your order number, we can help you especially fast.

Returns

Do I have to pay shipping costs for a return?

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please download the return label using the link below and stick it on the outside of your return. This way the return will always be sent to the correct address and you will not have to pay any shipping costs.

Reduced articles are excluded from exchange or return.

You can return the products within 14 days within 14 days of the date of dispatch. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you will get your payment back, i.e. your money back. In the interest of the environment, we ask that you only return unused items in their original packaging. Please also make sure that you do not remove any labels or soil any items. The goods must not show any signs of use.
